USE & PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
To keep a nice smile, follow these simple recommendations:

Brush your teeth with Avril certified organic toothpaste 3 times a day for 2 or 3 minutes
Brush in an up and down movement and not a right to left movement: this allows particles to be removed without hurting your gums
The perfect movement consists of starting from the gum and brushing up or down to the end of your teeth
Change your toothbrush every 2 months maximum because it’s a real haven for bacteria!
Last tip: don’t forget to close the top of Avril certified organic toothpaste to avoid it drying up!
