USE & PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
To keep a nice smile, follow these simple recommendations:

• Brush your teeth with Avril certified organic toothpaste 3 times a day for 2 or 3 minutes
• Brush in an up and down movement and not a right to left movement: this allows particles to be removed without hurting your gums
• The perfect movement consists of starting from the gum and brushing up or down to the end of your teeth
• Change your toothbrush every 2 months maximum because it’s a real haven for bacteria!
• Last tip: don’t forget to close the top of Avril certified organic toothpaste to avoid it drying up!
