How to track your order?

1) Place an order in our store and receive an invoice by e-mail or view it in your profile HERE;

2) Pay the bill;

3) Receive the order tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped;

* If you are a registered user, you can view the tracking number of your order by logging in and logging in to your profile HERE - then click on "my orders" - "view your order" - and you will see the tracking number of your order.

4) THEN ENTER YOUR TRACKING NUMBER BELOW AND FOLLOW THE DELIVERY STATUS OF YOUR ORDER:

DPD courier (all over Europe) - the order is delivered using a courier service. The package is delivered to your door. Track your order by entering the DPD tracking number here: DPD COURIER-TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Before delivery, you will receive information with the expected delivery time from Courrier company. If you are not at home during the delivery, the courier will contact you for another delivery time. Upon receipt of the shipment, you will need to present an identity document (passport or ID) to the courier.
