in stock The belt for training Tunturi Agility Light is the perfect instrument for developing strength and speed. The set includes two torso straps and a resistance rope. One strap is placed on the torso and a resistance rope is attached by means of a carbine. The other end of the resistance rope shall be connected to a fixed point or training belt of the training member's neck. Additional resistance occurs during training. The resistance decreases when the rope is released. This reversal of resistance creates a unique approach to training by developing movements in different directions.
