Isomaltulose is made up of glucose and fructose, which form a stronger bond and take longer to break down. Therefore, the blood sugar level rises less quickly with isomaltulose compared to other carbohydrates and therefore falls less quickly and less insulin is released. The BIX Performance Fuel Mix is particularly suitable for long sessions aimed at fat burning and basic endurance training.

Another advantage of isomalutlose is that it is considered tooth-friendly compared to traditional sugars.

The taste is quite mild and pleasant. Our favorites are the Lemon and Original variants. If you like it fruitier, you should also try Raspberry (contains caffeine).

How to use : Mix one to two scoops (27g) with 500 ml of water and shake well. Net weight per bag: 820g, which corresponds to approximately 30 servings.
