BLACKROLL GYMBALL 65 cm gymnastics ball

BLACKROLL® GYMBALL is designed for use in functional training. Coordination, stability or strength training with or without weights - the ball will be adaptable to everything. It has no rubber odor (odor neutral), does not contain latex, it is flexible and can withstand a weight of up to 500 kg. Outside of training, the ball can be used for sitting at a table in the office or at home, as it will help maintain a correct and ergonomic back position. The ball can be widely used for training / exercise: standing, sitting, lying on the ball, thus employing all muscle groups with different intensities.

USE

When used in a sitting position, the ball will provide a long-lasting neutral position in the pelvis and will not allow the deep abdominal press muscles to relax while you work at the computer. This will also ensure an ergonomic position of the chest and neck in the spine. The ABS® system protects the ball from rapid air release in the event of a rupture - the air escapes slowly, allowing you to finish the exercise safely.
