As a result, fluctuations in glucose levels during exercise are significantly reduced. 20% isomaltulose ensures a gradual release of energy. Preparation: Mix one packet with 375 ml - 500 ml of water. The isotonic drink is intended for use before or during prolonged athletic activities, or afterward.
