Reax Fluiball is the first neuromuscular trenchball that allows you to work with a variable load. Water is used to destabilize training, turning any exercise into a really intense neuromuscular workout. Reax Fluiball uses proprietary “Sudden Dynamic Pulse” technology. These impulses improve movements by forcing an athlete to perform much higher muscle activation. Fluiball is a soft and non-tear exercise ball with a variable amount of non-toxic colored water inside. They are of different weight, from 0.5 to 12 kilograms, depending on the quantity of water contained in it.
