The resistance band BLACKROLL RESIST BAND is ideal for joint mobilization, endurance and strength training. Thanks to the unique textile material, the skin does not have an unpleasant pulling, cutting sensation. Comfort is provided during training. RESIST BAND is strong, flexible and tear-resistant, at the same time it is pleasant to the touch. Two flexible VELCRO rubber mounts allow it to be quickly fastened around the ground, providing training in running techniques without accelerating the skin.

BLACKROLL RESIST BAND is available in two different strengths:

Gray - strong;

Black - extremely strong.

GENERAL TRAINING INSTRUCTIONS:

Before each workout, check the BLACKROLL® BANDS for damage and use the band only in good condition;
Start with lower resistance until you have mastered the exercises. Only then move on to greater resistance;
Perform all exercises as smoothly and slowly as possible;
Breathe calmly and regularly while exercising;
Exhale during challenging movements;
Avoid holding your breath;
Stop exercising immediately if you experience any pain;
If you have or have ever had an injury, talk to your doctor or therapist before starting any exercise program.
