Training suspension system (not connected)

The training suspension system ALLOWS the functional use of gravity force to improve strength, stability, balance, coordination and flexibility. The Kspace training system increases physical performance and improves abdominal stabilisation control, which helps prevent injuries and improve posture. The shoe consists of a supporting structure which can be anchored to the ceiling or to the wall, and two strong straps with sturdy handles, covered with ribbed rubber, allowing double grip (hand and leg). This version of the suspension site—thanks to fabric and comfortable regulators—is professional and safe. The system belts are not interconnected. Dimensions: 130 x 270 x 5 cm Produced in Italy.
