The effort and movement simulation that body biomechanics are naturally inclined to enact is the core around which functional training builds its workouts. For high-intensity functional training we conceived and created the special Executive Hammers, the first soft hammers in the market which can be used on any surface. Xhammers are an ideal solution for arm and shoulder muscle strengthening and also for trunk and back stabilization: highly performing workouts aimed at developing movement coordination and increasing joint agility. The carbon-coated metal pole and the virgin material sphere equipped with an anti-shock valve make Xhammers particularly resistant to extremely strong impacts. The special anti-vibration ring preserves the hammer’s structure and the user’s joints, making this product a safe and user-friendly piece of equipment, which is an added value in the most extreme training sessions.
