Suggested use:

Each chew bar contains 45 g of carbohydrates. Depending on your sport or event, consume 1-3 chew bars per hour during exercise to reach a target intake of 80-120 g of carbohydrates per hour. In some circumstances, such as cold weather, it may be necessary to consume more.
