The foam core: At the heart of the BASE is its foam core – made of 2 specially developed, different layers, soft and hard, as well as its new, unique pattern. The configuration can be adjusted by turning the BASE and therefore fits different body types and sleeping preferences. But it's not just the interplay of the layers; the foam itself is also very special. Developed especially for your recovery, our new hybrid foam is characterized by its open-cell, and thus maximally breathable structure. It also stands out due to its high resistance to pressure deformation. Thus, our reversible mattress combines ergonomics and durability in a whole new quality that, strictly speaking, cannot be compared to conventional cold foam mattresses at all. The mattress topper integrated into the BASE adapts to the contours of your body, providing additional pressure relief and ensuring you sink in just the way you want to – especially into a deep, restful sleep. Let's not kid ourselves. In addition to inner values, the outer appearance also counts. The cover of our BASE is made of innovative, breathable CELLIANT® fiber. A high-tech material that absorbs your body heat, converts it into infrared energy, and reflects it back to your body. This temporarily increases local blood flow and increases the oxygen content in the tissue. This supports the body's thermoregulation. Naturally certified in OEKO TEX® Standard 100 Class 1 and MADE IN GREEN, 42941 OETI. Of course, removable and washable (the underside of the mattress cover with the anti-slip coating is not washable. Remove this before washing the cover).
