The BLACKROLL® RELEAZER device alone provides a massage effect with pressure and vibration, but the addition of BLACKROLL® DEEP RELEAZER tips can effectively relax and reduce myofascial pain by acting on specific pain points and trigger points

The nozzles are available in three different hardness levels, providing the opportunity to increase or decrease the pressure on the massage area. BLACKROLL® DEEP RELEAZER is ideal for the lower back, buttocks, thighs and neck area.

WHEN USE EACH TYPE OF NOZZLE?

The softest tip should be used at the very beginning when the muscle is most sensitive. After a few uses, it is recommended to continue with a medium hardness cap. After a while, only the hardest tip is recommended to relax the muscle or work out the trigger point completely.
