German long distance champion Sabrina Mockenhaupt and her fitness trainer Manuel Ziegler, together with BLACKROLL®, have developed training plans for different levels of fitness, from beginners to long distance runners. These workout plans are included in the BLACKROLL® RUNNING BOX. BLACKROLL® LOOP BAND will help to function the muscles of the whole body functionally. With BLACKROLL® SLIM you will provide yourself with a deep and relaxing massage of tense muscles after exercise. The MINI FLOW roller is used to massage the muscles of the feet and stimulate the receptors. With BLACKROLL® RUNNING BAG you can put the whole set and carry it with you when you go to the gym.
