The supplement Orthomol ® mental contains micronutrients essential for brain function, concentration and memory. Contains pantothenic acid needed to maintain mental capacity. Pack for 30-day doses.

Vitamin B1, B2, B6, niacin, vitamin C and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

The beneficial effects are achieved by the daily intake of 250 mg DHS.

How do I use Orthomol ® mental?

Dissolve the one-day powder pack in 100 to 150 ml of still water or juice, drink with or after food, together with the added capsules. The body needs micronutrients every day, therefore it is recommended to use them regularly for a longer period of time.

Important information: Follow the instructions for use. Does not contain lactose and gluten (gluten). Contains easily soluble carbohydrates, therefore, metabolism parameters should be monitored in people with impaired glucose metabolism. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children.

The food supplement does not replace a complete and balanced diet.
