Orthomol CARDIO N30 is a dietary supplement for heart health support, containing important nutrients for normal heart function, energy metabolism and homocysteine metabolism. The formula combines omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, B vitamins, magnesium, polyphenols, resveratrol, coenzyme Q10 and L carnitine.

Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, together with vitamin B1, thiamine, contribute to normal heart function. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.

Directions:

Dissolve the contents of one daily powder sachet in 150 to 200 ml of still water or juice. Take during or after a meal together with the included tablet and capsules.
