Dietary Supplement Orthomol NATAL N30 is formulated for preconception, pregnancy, and breastfeeding. It provides essential vitamins, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids to support maternal health and fetal development.

Zinc supports normal fertility and reproduction.
DHA contributes to normal brain and eye development of the fetus and infant (200 mg DHA daily in addition to 250 mg DHA/EPA).
Folic acid supports maternal tissue growth during pregnancy (400 μg daily before and during early pregnancy).
Iron supports red blood cell formation.
Calcium and vitamin D support bone health.
Iodine and selenium support normal thyroid function.

Intake recommendation:

Intended for use in adult women during the pregnancy planning period. Take 1 capsule a day with sufficient amount of liquid with or after a meal.

Orthomol Natal pre does not contain lactose and gluten.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
