Creatine increases physical performance during short-term and intense physical efforts. The beneficial effect occurs when at least 3 g of creatine is consumed per day. ICONFIT Crea Shortcut contains 6g of creatine in one portion.

HOW TO USE: Mix 40 g of product (one level scoop) with 250–300 ml of water in a shaker. Consume 1-2 servings per day – one in the morning and another in the beginning of a workout. If you exercise in the morning, consume the second serving in the afternoon.
