Use for adults:
The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule once daily after a meal. The recommended course length is 2 to 3 months. The course may be repeated as needed.

How to use:
The capsule should be swallowed whole with half a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the capsule, because the capsule shell helps protect the bacteria from degradation caused by stomach acid.
