Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation, which is needed for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, teeth, cartilage, gums, and skin. Use for adults:
The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule, 502 mg, once daily. In case of increased vitamin C need, take 2 capsules, 1004 mg, once daily.

How to use:
Swallow the capsule whole before or after a meal with half a glass of water. It can be taken on an empty stomach. Do not crush or chew the capsule.
