No added sugar. 100 g of muesli with 200 ml of milk provides just over 400 kcal. Ideal for anyone who wants to eat healthily or even lose weight. A great fit for healthy eating plans.

Developed and produced in Estonia. Available in two flavours – Chocolate and Apple-Cinnamon. Try them both and choose your favourite.

Protein

Ordinary muesli can be healthy, but may not be the most well-balanced breakfast due to its low protein content. A balanced diet requires an appropriate amount of protein, and this can be obtained from our muesli (with approx. 30% protein).

Fibre

Protein Muesli is high in fibre. Fibre is an essential component of anyone’s menu and most of us do not consume the necessary daily amount. In addition, fibre also helps with the sense of fullness and to maintain good digestive function. A high-fibre breakfast is a great start to the day!

Preparation is particularly easy – just add milk. For every 100 g of muesli add 200 g/ml of milk. And that is all you need to do to enjoy a healthy breakfast. Do this at home in the morning or eat as a snack at work. In the tables you will find nutrients for the muesli mix alone and also in combination with the most popular 2.5% milk. If you wish, you can also use skimmed milk or any plant-based milk.

Minerals

Protein Muesli mixes contain both pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds, which are an excellent source of minerals. They also contain healthy fats and vitamin E.
