Preparation: Overnight Oats is easy to cook – add milk to the mixture of porridge (on 70 g of porridge 100 g/ml of milk), mix and place in the refrigerator. Let it stand all night, and you'll have a healthy and delicious breakfast in the morning. The porridge can be eaten in a cold or heated microwave. Also try to cook with buttermilk, kephir, yoghurt or some herbal milk. You can add fresh berries or fruit to the porridge if you want.
Ingredients: As the main ingredient in porridge, healthy roasted whole-grain oatmeal flakes contain a lot of fibre and provide a sense of sate. We added useful protein in the form of hydrolysed collagen, whey protein to oatflakes.
Porridge with chocolate taste: Chia seed supplies the body with valuable omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Meanwhile, the raw cocoa gives the porridge a chocolate flavor and enriches it with antioxidants, iron, magnesium and calcium. Porridge with apples and cinnamon: Chia seeds supply the body with valuable omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Meanwhile, lyophilised apples and cinnamon give a wonderful taste.
Quantities: If you want a mild healthy snack, take 70 g of porridge mixture and add 100 ml of milk. The average amount of breakfast porridge applied to women is 100 g of mixture + 140 ml of milk (total ~ 400 kcal). The quantity applied to men is 140 g of porridge + 200 ml of milk (total ~ 570 kcal). Find the right amount for yourself according to your daily diet or diet plan.
